Here's to You, Mrs. Robinson

Movies are one my favorite places to gather fashion inspiration (see another post here).  And I can't believe that I'm just now realizing the amount of chic style packed into my favorite move ever  The Graduate.  I saw this movie for the first time a few years ago, and maybe it was just the timing (having graduated college a few months prior), but it really struck a chord with me.  Figuring out life post-college has been the challenge of my lifetime, and I think that's perfectly portrayed in this coming of age classic. Between Elaine's perfectly polished girly attire, Mrs. Robinson's sultry style, all the Simon and Garfunkle music, and one dreamboat of a love interest (Benjamin Braddock,  *swoon*!) I really couldn't ask for more in a movie.

The handsome Mr. Hoffman.

Wedding dress inspiration? Absolutely!

A fur coat - proven classic.

Leopard print, obsessed.

I'll take the earrings and the clutch.

Suede coat, low pony, and black turtleneck.

Chic lingerie and a sultry attitude to go with it.
