I'm all about the pastel bikini this season.  And what color shows of a tan better than the palest of pinks?  I'm in love with this Miu Miu number and I can assure you, if I was given a free shopping spree, this would be the first thing I'd buy. The flowery little top is so whimsical and carefree, it's the perfect thing to wear on lazy beach days.

The plastic, fake, over-the-top side of fashion.  It's there.  We are reminded every time we open up the pages of Vogue.    It's what runs through our heads when we glance at a model and think, "Just how little does she weigh?" or "Just how much airbrushing was done to get her face *completely* poreless." Gimme Color

I gravitate towards black.  I might even go as far as calling it my "favorite color".  But this time of year, when I've seen way too much dreary gray, I want nothing more than rainbows of color.  And when it comes to color inspiration, I like to think of  fashion in countries that seem to embrace all things vibrant - like Morocco, India, Spain, and Mexico.  I'm thinking long maxi skirts, flowing tunics, dangly,bejeweled earrings and patterned scarves scarves.  I know the whole Morrocan/Marrakech theme was huge back in '09, but could we please bring it back?  Below are some clothes and accessories techni-color dreams are made of...
